Subaru friendly lol. For the most part at least. I took my crosstrek down it about 2 years ago, but had skids and a bumper that I put to good use. It’s definitely stock truck friendly for sure, with about 30% very well maintained gravel road. Another 60% dirt/gravel, and the remaining 10% softball sized rocks and dirt. Maybe a 0.5% portion of a hard bottom mud puddle

Yeah from what I’ve heard pretty easy with some great veiws! Maybe a couple of rutted out spots but nothing too bad. Probs like lakeshore trails.

It’s a must do trail for BHM people just to say you did it. It’s a really great trail to hit on your way to mt cheaha. It has 2 really huge overlooks, definitely super beautiful, but not a challenging trail by any means. It’s seriously just a pretty scenic dirt/gravel road with one or two rutted portions that still are completely stock truck friendly. Since your from BHM, you should definitely check it out. It’s not so much worth it for the out of town guys. You can YouTube videos of it. Plenty of Jeep dudes have run it and filmed the whole thing with a dash cam lol. I actually watched through an entire one when debating on taking my subie there for the first time.

It's awesome. The one here has 100 gas pumps and no trucks allowed. It's like a mini walmart, but better quality stuff, lol
