A lot of folks run Mobil 1. I used Royal Purple in my 06 taco and ran just fine with it. I'll probably just go with whatever the factory recommends on my newer one.

the Toyota branded yet to be released what it actually is for much much more money lol. I've read around that its rumored to be Royal Purple, but I haven't seen any true documentation on it. I'll likely just stick to Mobil 1. Thats what I run for engine oil anyways, so will make it easy to remember for the next time.

Also, Amazon is slick lol They sell it in a 2 quart bundle (which auto populates when you click on the product) for $29, or $12 for 1 bottle lol.

You got the hardware that bolts them to the bed rails?

Plus, these are $160 brand new from SOS with the hardware.

Possibly. The hardware didn’t come with them. Once I get my truck back I’ll double check to make sure I still have it

They are only about 15 miles apart. Coppinger Cove is a much better place to ride

Oh. Yep you’re right. I just remembered the #220 from shipping and I’m hastily posting things.

$130 with or without hardware if I have it

    .

It's a really nice ride, it's not a total easy ride but nice. It can be as challenging as you want it to be

Hey @cubie if you wanna save $20, you can grab 2 packs of superstrut channel spring nuts (10 pieces) for $10. I used these for a long while instead of the actual t-slot nuts for the Toyota accessory rails. All you have to do is clip the spring off with some wire cutters, and cut them down about a 1/8-1/4" on each side. Its a lot of work for a little bit of saved money, but its also an easy way to pass time if you're ever bored and don't have truck stuff to do lol. Then just grab some 3/8" bolts; I always use the 1.5" length I think.

I want to come to Oak Mtn really badly, but again...that's minimum half day, probably full day commitment. Why can't mountain biking be easier haha

Will these bars fit the 3rd gen? I know the bed rails sit lower on the 3rd gens than they do on the 2nd gens.
