done, ordered the Diamondback tires for 29$ a pop. a little wider than the stock ones. be here Thursday for me to put on before riding Saturday.

I would prefer morning, but it is still a 2hr drive for me, so maybe 9am? I don't mind leaving by 7am.

@JBTacoma How hard is it to press out the lower ball joints? I've got one puking grease from out of the bottom of the boot.

 

If you need a shop press, I got one you can come by and use. 20 tons should get it out.

Go for it. I've got some LCAs I need to rebuild too. Need to find a suitable replacement LBJ... seems difficult.

Depending on how much you care the strongest way to fix it is use carriage bolts through the entire door and not worry about rivets. Then just paint the outside of the carriage bolts white to blend in with the rest of the door. Hope that makes sense.
