I hear that. My wife’s biggest hobby is her job (teacher), and she pours most of her time into it. And I’m super proud of her for it.

Don't feel bad. I don't feel bad for mine. Most of my hobbies enhance who I am. I love learning and staying in shape; learning to weld/ fabricate and mountain biking. Once they start to pay for themselves, the wife can't really complain too much though. Especially when you help supplement the Disney trip by building sliders. Lol

 

It is more of a time issue.

 

I'd have to agree. Unless you have a way to burn 10,000 calories in a day.

I know what you mean. The days I get completely free when she is working all day are normally devoted to garage work for 12-16 hours. Other than that, its late nights after I've spent time with my wife. I'd rather lose sleep to continue what I enjoy than miss time with her if possible.

 

Ha our go-to kinda "feel it out" is just a 1,4... Super fancy sometimes we hit a 3 in transition to the 4. It is handy that the software we use can click to any part of the song we want or if we know we are gonna repeat something we can load that in practice

 

Late nights are not a thing for me....My butt is asleep.

Time with wife is #1 priority

 

I've come to terms with being tired. Go to sleep after 11, get up at 5:30 ish. Allows more time for stuff.

Saw Led Zeppelin before Peter Moon overdosed. AA tickets at DC Coliseum were $2.50 from a scalper that worked near the ticket office. He paid $2.00 for them. Other than that would have liked to see the Who and Pink Floyd. Also saw the Doors, the Eagles, Bob Dylan, and all those other over the hill bands.

 

Full volume is the only way to listen
