    i don't think a company can get tax breaks on the employees contributions, the employee however will get a tax break.

    yep! I love mine in my truck. Amy doesn't have seat covers in her 4runner we're usually in, but it's the same seats as the 2nd gen tacomas and the material is nice, plenty warm.
