Weather is phenomenal so I’ve been out cutting up some downed trees and splitting wood. I enjoy this stuff.

Just tested the locker out on the lakeshore trails and climbed right up most of the spots I lost traction before!

The first 50 miles are really the most important which I followed to a T. Afterwards you don't want to go more than 50 miles without cooler cycle until 500 miles is reached. It was very light use lol. Just went out to see the low end power and came back within 30 min. If I go to chocc im going to be really heating up the diff. So we will see.

Good afternoon or morning, not sure which it is. Any of you Auburn area 2nd Gen guys willing to give a hand to install a lift? I offered @wdooly9018 a hand with his, but I'm more experienced with 1st gens and his kit seems a bit more involved then I thought. We can use my driveway and tools.

do you have a picture of the kit?

The only thing I could think of that would be more than bolt on is cutting the crossmember for a drop bracket. If your kit doesn’t have a drop bracket, it should just bolt right in.

Looks like it’s just swapping the coil springs from the stock shocks to those and adding a lift block to the rear (and replacing rear shocks).

watch the video @InfernoChalupa posted a while back on the “floor jack method” for swapping springs and it’ll be super easy.
