I think we could just take out a solid inch right in the middle of the container and it would be good, the shape of the fender well is what screws it up....from the bottom it needs taken up at a weird angle.

I'm always so confused on how 'most' people selling SCS wheels price them more than what buying them direct costs:notsure:

Is the wait really that bad from SCS that people are willing to pay a $2-300 premium to get them, not including whatever cost in gas it takes to get to them?

yep. he's got the supply/demand figured out lol. only reason I got mine was because I was in the first run of Ray10s that got em discounted and free lugs. people are nuts over them.

I'd say he doesn't have the supply/demand figured out, because he doesn't see the tacked on money that people are selling them secondhand for lol. Buddy needs to just increase production and charge more for them. People are obviously willing to buy them lol Can you imagine what people would pay to get 5 ray 10's in stock with 2 day shipping?

I think the desire would run out if they were that readily available, I think he knows the Tacoma community doesn't like to buy the same wheels everyone else has. You're not wrong, but I think he stays so successful specifically on here because of the lack of supply. I mean go look at the list of people wanting a Homer Taco Grill still. it's nuts.

you're not wrong.. He has a pretty faithful fan base given that his stuff is so hard to get; extra special if you do get an opportunity to snag it. Even more special if you get a shot at fairly priced used set. Ray10s are sexy.

I think that's it. I'm with you, I'd produce more and make more money lol, but it seems to be working. IMO he does have some of the best looking wheels out there for both the offroader and the mall crawler. I'd personally love to have myself a set of black rhino wheels.

I think all of the SCS offerings look the best on 4runners. Ray10s look good on tacomas, but I'd likely opt for a set of methods over them based on similarity and availability alone. I like my t4r pro wheels, but I already know they'd be a problem wheel for true offroad use given how exposed the valve stem is verses other wheels.

Most likly will try something new when i get my new wheel tire setup. Might go VTX or work wheels. Try something out of the box as apposed to scs or method.

That is if i dont trade for something

Possibility for Tropical development over the weekend into Monday. We'll get rain out of this but it will still be stupid hot with highs in the upper 80's.
