Just thought of something. You are going to need a Ubolt flip kit or longer Ubolts if you are running your stock springs to install my Allpro springs. I would strongly suggest changing to the flip kit if you have not already done so. is one from Wheelers and another from which is $10 more and what I currently have installed. I also am going to have to replace mine when I install the Alcans as the U bolts in the kits are one use only. Additionally you will need bump stops (probably Timbren or Superbumps). Cost of a kit from Wheelers with Superbump bump stops is about $211 which is what I would go with.

Went back and reviewed my installs and guessing I had about 20,000 miles at the time which would end up being about 65,000 miles on the springs. I really don't think it is necessary at this point as the bushings look fine. Good news is I invested in a press that we should be able to use to remove them if necessary. I would say lets take them off and then make a decision.

Is there a difference between the all pro flip kit and the Wheeler one? They look identical and it looks like allpro owns them or something?

Haha maybe! Yeah you have to consider the travel you are gaining more so than the lift. My Dakar’s with stock springs flexed far enough to stretch the brake lines and make me uncomfortable. If you lift and add flex, extend.

Guess I’m going to need to bank some brownie points if you want to do the install at my place.

Fronts will be fine. Rears only if you go with a 10" or longer shock. Mine are like 9.8" and i still have stock.

Just because y’all “still have” doesn’t mean it’s correct lol. Front probably fine, but why skip it?

I figured you did. I also made a comment about the rears as well. Instead I just gave you hell for doing it and provided no useful input.
