Hell naw, I've put them offroad, under water and rode around Choccolocco today, through some more muddy water. They are quite as a dormouse. It's one of the main reasons I went with Dobinsons. Every Dakar pack I've seen has been squeeky as hell. Before installations, I greased the outside of the bushing sleeves and pumped grease through the greasable pin until it was oozing out of the bushings. Dobinson's are known for having quiet springs. Get your grease gun and pump a few squirts of moly grease through your bushings.

And I love my greasable pins. I'm glad I got them for the front and the rear. I don't expect to have any squeeky springs as I always wash my truck after every trail ride.

Did you get the extra set for the rear bushings too? I wish I could have taken out the shackle bushings, but they look like they would be a bitch to remove.

Didn’t get the extra set of greasable bolts for the hanger that mounts to truck. That wasn’t squeaking before so that’s not the issue. Will add more grease tomorrow and if continues I’ll remove the springs and bushings and hand grease everything and reinstall.

Make sure you spray all the junk out from between your leafs too, it may not even be your bushings.

Did you grease the bushings before you installed them? Mine only started making noise after 2 years because i sheared a squeak tab off. I can tell you they made alittle noise whenever id clean them good with soap. But once they got dirty again they stopped

I did not pregrease the bushings. Will remove and start over if pumping them with grease again tomorrow doesn’t help.

My Dakar’s are squeaking now after the Traverse. Ordered the add a leaf this week so I’ll figure out something to do while I got the pack apart to help prevent squeaking going forward.

Finished cutting both flanges, hoping to have the Samurai running on EFI before my next ride.
