Morning Bama! Hope everyone fared well through the storm last night. We had our trash cans blown out in the yard and some heavy rain, but luckily that was it.

Hope everyone and their families made it thru last night ok. I think Mississippi took the brunt of it. As the storms progressed thru Central and Eastern Alabama they kind of overtook one another and created more of a severe straight line wind threat. Ridiculous wind last night at our house but other than some limbs down and a damaged shingle we're all good.

Weather is calmer this week and a lot cooler. Protect your plants as some parts of Alabama may hit the freeze mark.

there are so many people out today....various reasons it seems with no true answer to why for most. covid and storms are the assumed top 2.

17 out of about 40 workers on the factory floor are out for first shift today.

Sorry to hear that, but hopefully no major water damage to the walls and such.

My in-laws had some water get pretty close last night, but nothing inside when we checked on them.

Probably a lot of folks stayed up too late watching the storms. I know my wife is still in bed b/c she didn't go to sleep until all the storm stuff was over.
