I finally just had people start meeting me at my house or the gas station a quarter mile away, if someone wants what I'm selling they'll drive and get it and I'll do the same if I'm the buyer.

I did sell a dirt bike recently and went to the bank to meet the guy so he could get a loan. The guy gave me the cash money as we left and then later that night came by my house to get the bike. We both basically had each others driver's license number and everything. If I'm getting a loan to purchase something from an individual and they really want to sell I'd make them meet me at the bank too.

That’s how a sale should go! A lot of flakes out there though with poor communication.

given this is local for me say guy was 10 miles, I was selling something and a guy said please meet me in the middle. I just responded "no, if you want it you'll come and get it."

Never heard from him again. Also since I got screwed on selling my Xbox One I just assume have everyone come to my house since I have 360 cameras on the place.

Turns out the guy who gave me fake money for my Xbox checked himself into rehab.
The detective said as soon as he's released he will be going and picking him up himself.
The detective is really pushing for the guy to not just get a slap on the wrist because who knows how many others he screwed.

Can’t stand that shit! Now I need to offload my 3rd gen bumper/hitch. What would be a good asking price? Not looking to bank off of it, just trying to get it out of the garage and make a little money back to offset the SOS one.

As for added credit pulls it’s too late I already did that from a dealership. Didn’t want to get screwed again and my bank only does 3 years on jet skis so payments would be very high. Still going to call my bank today in a bit and see what they can do but I’m approved again so it’s not a huge deal I guess.

Haha they were cheap anyways but ive used em a couple of times since then and i need a new set. Those cheap ones are only good for a cetain amount of recovery.

I’m not a big fan of traction boards. They don’t do much when you’re really stuck!

Look at bending versus breaking spindles in the forum due to gussets. I would rather bend one then break one.

RV was declined, returning in the rental.

    Like, so many.
I've never understood why just checking credit dings your credit.

Me neither. Looking at from a lenders standpoint, maybe when they several hits they see it as a sign of someone that has the potential to overextend themself. :notsure:

Those are soft pulls, don't affect it. The one that hit was the final credit pull.
When I bought my truck and my moms truck my credit was pulled twice as well for each transaction.

As someone who's opened countless credit cards just for a bonus $200-500 when spending $1000 credit pull don't hurt.
I do that a lot and then pay it off and cut the card up.

I don't worry about pulls anymore, credit is a tool and meant to be used.
