That's insane what people will pay for those now. I remember when they weren't sought after, what happened? Instagram overlander?

 

I had a 2006 base model 4x4 but no locker. It gave me hell and I finally got rid of it. Was a blast to have at hunting camp but had mechanical issues that came upon from previous owner (my opinion). Got call and my cash offer was accepted but I'm on fence of buying another vehicle before selling tacoma. Controlling my impulse buying...hah.

 

Not a super popular overlander, some folks wheel them. Id say once they stop making them the market for them exploded
