Do you ever travel Hwy 29 towards Beulah? I've either seen you or one like yours on 29 from time to time.

Not too often but yeah sometimes I'll cruise out that way.
I live right here in Opelika off Hwy 280 and work in town so I'll be scooting around.

I snooped a bit, do you have your SD9VE still? I have the same right now.

Cool. I work off of 280 behind the Hospital on Waverly Parkway. Yep I sure do have the SD9. I like it but it's a little large for conceal carry. It's nice for the price though! I want a smaller handgun for conceal I just haven't gotten around to buying one. The list of wants is long but the wallet is only so deep.

I am currently looking for a job in Huntsville, so I might be moving to north Alabama. I like Birmingham, but seams like Huntsville basically has all the same stuff.

Either GIS or IT. My degree is in, Geography (GIS) with computer tech & applications minor. Really anything in the realm of either, I am trying to get my foot in the door with a company and work my way up.

I don't know squat about that stuff, but...I think that's a big part of what some people do here at the company I'm with. Check out https://www.spectrumsi.com/ and see if anything fits the bill for you, I think there are some job openings on there.

Thanks! I will keep an eye on it, right now the IT job that is posted requires 5-10 experience.

Ah, gotcha. Yeah, like I said I don't know squat about that stuff. If I get wind of anything new I will be sure to let you know. Huntsville is a hotbed for jobs so you shouldn't have trouble finding one, especially something "computer" related. Just get ready to be the government's new "slave"

That would be awesome, thanks! Yea, the job market in Birmingham for these type jobs is pretty bad. I have found way more opportunities in Huntsville. Its either a slave to the government or a slave to a major corporation.

Well, that's an answer I don't have. I'm not actually from Huntsville haha. But, it's very close to Guntersville Lake, and that's some great fishing.
