I'll be giving her the first detail, probably ever this weekend so I'll gladly let the rain help my efforts!

Does anyone know of a surefire way to know if I can put 15x8 wheels on my truck that came with 16s?
From what I've sifted through they'll either fit fine or I'll need to clearance my caliper by grinding. Not certain if I want to risk that.

Hm, that's a question for somebody else. I'm no wheel expert. I want to get some one day, but I'm just going to buy some that I know someone else has used and works...probably SCS and stick to 17s.

Their 5 spokes? Yeah those are sweet and seem to make any truck look great. I'd a chrome version but then again I'm cheesy.

I can't decide which of their wheels I like. Personally I'm leaning towards the Ray10s. I'm definitely not a chrome guy haha.

Cool, I'm really hoping the set I have go on without a hiccup.
Those and the AT tires I have on them would greatly improve my truck!

Only problem is that they're holding up my '93 price of junk I can't get fixed.

Anyone got a guy for 22RE trucks?

Well you may have just knocked me out of the conversation. 2 lines into your story I was like "fuel pump" but then all that electrical mumbo jumbo...

I know man, trust me I know. ha
First thing we did was yank the bed and replace the pump. No dice, no effect whatsoever and I'm now certain the original was fine.

Yeah I had mine go out in the middle of like the damn hardest trail I've ever been on in my '89 Pickup. Had to have a dang tractor come get me out because I didn't have anybody with a capable rig to get me. Once you get into that electrical stuff though, I'm pretty lost.

    Dang that sounds rough.
My truck flatlined in the middle of Tiger Town at lunch. Its a busy shopping center here in Opelika if you aren't familiar.
Luckily, a bro in a big 250 wanted to show off and tugged me to a safe spot. Was not fun.

Hey Tacomaworld! And the guys in AL. I'm down in Mobile, AL myself.

My first post here and I'm in the market for a Tacoma in a bad way. I know you guys love your Tacoma's here but I figured it wouldn't hurt to throw this out there along with searching on CL.

Looking for a 1st gen 2000+ extended cab V6 4x4 manual transmission. Preferably hunter green or burgundy but the only color I won't take is white.

I have a 99' Dodge 2500 Cummins 24v 4x4 6 spd manual that I'm looking to trade for the right Tacoma. The dodge is a 9/10 and is one of the best 2nd gen Cummins in the south. Depending on the value of the Tacoma I might need a little cash along with the trade but we can talk about that after getting details of the truck yada yada yada...

Only reason I'm trading is that I'm bored with the diesel scene and miss building an off road rig (used to be into Jeeps in a huge way) now I want a Tacoma to build more of an "adventure" rig vs a rock crawler.

So AL guys here if you have a 1st gen Tacoma that matches my criteria and want a Cummins let me know! If not I figure someone here knows someone looking for a bigger truck with the right Tacoma and can spread the word!

Hopefully I'll be posting here soon with a Tacoma of my own!

    Thanks guys!
