Tell me more about the ECGS bushings, should this be something I change when installing my lift?

@justinalldredge19 and @TacoAlaMode both suggested doing it after lift. I have some different vibrations and noises and such sitting at 3" lift so I'm doing the things other folks have done to fix that (ecgs, carrier bearing, possibly more?).

 

Desk job, must be nice! I've never had one.

 

Whats a good thread for me to get ideas on what to upgrade first? Would kinda like to start with getting more power to the 4cyl or lighting as the headlights are smoked and i would like to be able to spot more at night before 50 feet. Don't have a whole lot to throw at the Taco cause firearms and gas tank are fighting over my money.
