That’s what I have on my 300bo pistol. Great economic option.

I've been a fan so far. Now granted, I'm not sniper/competition shooter...….so I can't really give advice on it. I just like what I like

I used to shoot pretty heavy in 3 Gun, the Vortex 1-4x optic was my choice.

This is strange, but I prefer building AR's over shooting them  They're like adult Lego's

I've built 5 so far. My next will either be a 6.5 Grendel or .50 Beowulf :D

I wouldn't hesitate to use vortex at all.

Co worker has a chassi for .308, 6.5 and uses a vortex with the tremor 3 reticle and has no problems reaching out and touching to 1k with 6.5 and 800 easily with 308

Same here. Vortex 4-16x may be overkill on a 70 yr old rifle but it’s incredible how crisp the glass is for the price. Still trying to figure out the correct dope for the .303 tho lol Also don’t think an ACOG could replace my eotech combo:D (It might have to, I lost the gun on the right in a boating accident recently:confused:)

Unless I can get Schmitt and bender or nightforce for a comparable price I have to stay with vortex

I honestly know I won't use a winch enough, but I really want to go with a Warn. I know those can break, but they just have "that" reputation of working.
