Well, changed out all the spark plugs and the truck is still blinking check engine light, and not running right, really rough and no power. @JBTacoma @ovrlndkull @Brian422

 

Where/when was last fuel fillup?

Water in fuel would make it run rough af too

 

You have a dead miss. Did you get it scanned to see what code it's throwing? I would suspect a potential bad coil pack. To trouble shoot which cyl. it is you can unplug one coil at a time to see if it changes the way it runs, more than likely will stall with a good cylinder being disconnected. The ones that cause no change in the way it runs. Swap those coils with a good running cylinder and see if the miss moves with the coil.

 

I plan on changing out the coil packs soon.

We will fill it up next time.

 

I totally missed a part of the conversation, had to go back and read! Definitely help if you got code scanned but Skip obviously is on to something.

If it wasn’t the spark plugs that’s gonna be hard to diagnose for the scan tool definitely would take it somewhere that someone has a scan tool or get your own and try and figure out what codes it throwing. Could be a dirty mass airflow sensor I had problems with mine and it caused a very rough idle like the truck was going to die it did that sometimes
