I'm sub'd to Reno and have watched that vid and many others. The only trap I know of that only requires the end cap drilled is HIT. If I'm not mistaken, all others require drilling and clipping of the baffles as well, but I'm sure there are more companies out there that I haven't come across. Keep in mind that pre-drilled baffles might not be the optimum angle as well. I my take this project up again someday, but it's on indef hold at this time. I'm looking to buy another 9mm/.300BLK can soon.

I'm definitely going with one. I only want one to make a SBR/canned 300. I just can't justify the cost of an Omega 300 or the like. Especially when cans are dirt cheap in England.

I don't disagree on the cost. I don't have lathe to make the perfect cut on the baffles and end cap, plus I have too much invested in my SP5 to make a mistake.

One of those companies offer a Jig to drill the holes. I figure it should be ant different than the 80% 1911 build from Stealth Arms. I'm 99% gonna give it a shot :D

Have any of y’all ordered from Parker Mountain Machine? I’m wanting to put a threaded barrel and compensator on my Glock 19.

I was out clearing off the dirt bike/hiking trails yesterday and seeing everything open got me thinking. There’s plenty of room to build some truck trails out here. The spacing between the big oaks is plenty, only some saplings would need to go. It’s only 32 acres total, but the terrain is interesting enough I don’t think it will matter. Great spots for hill climbs, some of which are super steep. Controllable water/mud. Tons of rocks to pile up.

Could be an interesting place to test some stuff without worrying about getting stranded or broke down far from a shop. My kubota is a little narrow, but I think clearing twice as wide would be perfect for a truck trail. Wouldn’t be accessible except past our gate, so no worries about bubba blastin ass on our property. Could be a nice place to test rigs, winches, recovery without much worry. Would any of you be interested in playing around on something like that?

Hell yeah, hopefully I’ll get the chance to flag it off today. Gotta take care of some baby room stuff first though.

Anybody have a set of 3rd gen OEM black fender flares they want to trade for MGM?

Mine are basically new, 6000 miles, don’t leave the pavement.

At my home in Coosa County. I just marked the perimeter and started clearing a main trail along it. Most of it is hilly, but it has some flat sections at the bottom and plateaus halfway down in a couple spots. Should make for some interesting rides.
