Can't wait to see and hear how you like the shackles and hangers. I see you decided to go with the cross tube from archive as opposed to build your own. Good choice

Goood the difference was noticeable right away truck feel planted on the ground and no more rear shitter really excited to see how it goes off road now yeah I went with the cross tube from Archive because he messaged me and said he would sell me the one on his truck since he’s working with the high clearance one now I got it for pretty cheap

My buddy ordered the same setup and I'm gonna help him install. I think he says he has access to a plasma cutter?

Aside from the grinding and drilling got any tips and tricks ? I'm going to do this when I eventually upgrade my suspension

I would only use a plasma cutter to cut the built of the hanger off and not try to cut through the river with it. I found drilling the top 2 out and using a ball joint press for the bottom 2 was basically my only options. If you have an air hammer you might be able to pop the top 2 out with it. I’ve seen mixed results were that’s concerned. Definitely use a ball joint press. Also using the 40 grit flap disk to grind the heads on the rive to down made it a lot easier. Once I figured out a system to get each one off it went a lot faster lol.

Well after I went through all the trouble of fabbing some up I realized he put some braces in the box haha oh well. I did leave some tabs when I cut the fender area so the original liners could fit back in with zip ties
