Ecotric I think, they are PVC covers so not real leather but I don’t care cause they were brand new and dirt cheap lol. They look to be great quality as well.

Yeah artificial leather. Yea I believe they are. I’ve got real leather in my Corolla and these are pretty close in quality haha.

    From AlabamaWX

SUNNY MONDAY: A dry airmass covers Alabama this morning; temperatures are in the 28-33 degree range for most communities at daybreak. Expect a sunny sky today with a high in the low to mid 50s… the average high for Birmingham on January 18 is 54. Clouds return to the state tomorrow ahead of a cold front, and a few scattered showers could form along the front over the northern half of the state. Moisture will be limited, so rain amounts will be light and spotty. The high tomorrow will be in the mid 50s.

REST OF THE WEEK: Wednesday will be a dry day with a mix of sun and clouds; afternoon temperatures return to the 50s. But, the weather turns wet Thursday and Friday with periods of rain thanks to a stalled surface front, and deep moisture moving in from the south. No risk of severe storms, probably no thunder. Rain totals Thursday and Friday will be in the 1-2 inch range for much of the state.

THE ALABAMA WEEKEND: Saturday will be dry… with a partly sunny sky the high will be in the mid 50s. But moisture returns quickly Sunday as showers will likely return to the state. Not an “all day” rain, but a few passing showers are likely with a high in the upper 50s.

NEXT WEEK: Showers are likely Monday with the approach of another cold front… rain become more widespread Monday night before ending Tuesday morning. Mid-week looks dry before more rain returns Thursday night into Friday. Temperatures remain seasonal with highs generally in the 50s. Still no sign of any bitterly cold air, winter storms, or severe thunderstorms for the rest of January. See the Weather Xtreme video for maps, graphics, and more details.

ON THIS DATE IN 1971: A warm Santa Ana condition brought a 95 degree reading to Los Angeles, the highest January temperature on record. It was 95 degrees in Palm Springs, the highest temperature on record for January as well.

ON THIS DATE IN 1973: The first tornado death of the year north of Corey, Louisiana during the afternoon hours. Although a girl was killed when a tenant farm was destroyed, a baby received only minor injuries when it was carried 300 to 400 yards by the tornado.

I still managed to go in to work for a bit. Glad our employees had an extra day off, and I enjoy working alone without distractions and doing a little of everyone’s jobs. Keeps some people on their toes haha this boss man knows how to do everybody’s job...

I had a busy week. New dam at our property in Brewton. Also installed carpet and linoleum in house. Used hemp matting on dam and spent 2-3 hours just seeding it before we left on yesterday. Work took at week. Probably plan to sell eventually. Hate to since it was passed down from as far back as Great Grandad so we keep hoping for winning lottery ticket.

Aside from that rest of off-road trailer stuff will be here soon (270 awning and walls) so got some installation work to do there. Hunting, honey do list at home (extensive) and looking at building home on acreage down near Guntersville. Need a 36 hour day so I can get some wheeling in.

    Property for sale (maybe)
Refurbished cedar shake home (3 bedrooms and 2 baths)
Dam and 1.5 acre pond in front of home
    47.5 total acres
18 acres of pine trees and remainder in hardwoods (hardwoods last harvested in 1920’s but just for a barn)
    Pines thinned in 2018
Dirt roads cut through pine trees with ½ acre green field
    Deer, turkeys and other wildlife
Surrounded on three sides by Cedar Creek forestry area (thousands of acres gated private hunting land)
Access to property granted by Cedar Creek for logging as needed
Property located just north of Florida state line
72 miles to Navarre Beach on Gulf Coast
Conecuh River approximately 1.6 miles to southeast (as crow flies)
