Hey, im in the liberty park area of birmingham, anyone know of a decent place to grab some good food and a few beers? Im staying up at the hilton garden inn. First time in Alabama and i have to say, i kinda like the scenery!

 

Of course you do, you are on the highest priced end of Birmingham.

 

Haha well thats not good for low priced food then im guessing. I was more so talking about driving in and seeing the hills and low mountains. But yea these streets look fancy too.

 

nothing but potholes here. that's why i drive a truck.

 

I must be in the completely foreign side of town haha there's nothing but manicured medians and Mercedes everywhere i look

Hop on 459 south and get off on why 280. TONS of places to eat around there.

I'm about 10 miles from there. I do a lot of work in that area though.

Check out tilted kilt on 280. One of my favorite places.

I went to try a place called saws juke joint but it was packed out so i went next door and ate at a place called basil. Pretty good pizza.

 

Yeah, not a ton of good places around the area unless you drive in to Birmingham. So the few that are here stay packed.

 

Might be late and out of the way but papa saias in helena good place also.
