Thanks guys! Bummed these rims and tires off the guy for $800 brand new. Ironically 4 years ago I bought another set of toyota wheels from him for my tundra didn't know it was him until I pulled up and saw him.

 

I meant rims and tire combo, but $220 for this set of wheels would be a great buy.

 

I just want a shell so bad.

I made a thread last week but if any of you see a shell for I'm looking for one. I'll drive a hundred or so miles and pick up. Color isn't important as long as it is in good shape.

 

I will keep an eye out, i don't check craigslist that much. Lucky i checked it today and found these

I check craigslist nearly daily. See plenty for first gens for pretty cheap. None for us seconds.

 

2nd gens are rare for sure. I've have good luck with using my app on the phone so I can widen the search to Atlanta, Nashville, etc. not just the Huntsville-bham area.

 

@nagorb about fishing. You've got two county lakes pretty nearby that you can fish out of. Lee County and Chambers county. The only problem with them is that they close at sunset. By sunset I mean the close whenever the weather channel says the sun will set. So it kind of sucks because there is still 40 minutes of light left and usually that's my favorite time. Personally I've never had any luck at Lee County lake. Catfish, Bass, Bream are your regulars at these lakes. Lake Wedowee is the so called Crappie capital of the world. Not a far drive up 431 near the town of Wedowee. You also have Lake Harding and Martin nearby. I've got a pond but it's small and there are only small bream and bass in it. It is drying up at the moment. It's not fed naturally by a stream and really needs some rainwater...BAD! Gimme a shout sometime if you want to swing by and get a line wet in a small puddle of a pond...
