It's a new to me truck had it less than a week. It was a buddies and I actually put the lift on for him several years ago. I don't remember the name brand but it's just pucks under the coils and blocks out back. I have debated ditching it for an ome setup. but anyways I plan to wheel it with the family as well as drive it to work but I only have a 2.2 mile commute lol.

I can build the sliders and the bumpers so I think I will just buy skids and start rounding up the material to build bumpers.

Thats a spacer lift. They are the cheapest kind of lift and if you plan on wheeling the truck i strongly recommend getting a quality lift. Those spacer lifts have been known to make shocks fail while off-roading leaving you stranded Also Getting some heavier coils to help with the weight of skids and bumper or else your suspension is going to sag.

yep, that kinda had me worried. what's the best for the money? not looking to break the bank but don't want to sacrifice quality for price either.

Dobinsons is good, I also really like the Eibach pro truck lift as well.

@gixxerphil My favorite whore from Alabama!! Since I'm not allowed to call my ex that anymore...

Yeah, no reason to run a spacer lift up front if you can afford some new coils and struts, it's pretty straight forward and will definitely ride better offroad too than a stock suspension just lifted with spacers

I like it. I want a 12" toolbox to put on my truck to go along with the 5ft decked sysytem. That way if I ever want to throw my camper shell on, I can pull the toolbox and put a 6x12 in the slots and have a sleeping platform........................I'll get to it eventually
Neither of those sound fun :D

What weekend is it? I thought the one chosen was one of my work weekends.
I haven't either. I gave it to one of my docs so he could run some slugs through it to break it in.......he's got a lot more money than I do :D
