I thought I had an extra QD end plate laying around for the AR pistol. Looks like I'm gonna have to run up to the LGS tomorrow and find one.

 

I need to get a strap, my HG has built in qd slots.

 

My Aero's have them on all sides, this is for the receiver

 

I just put mine on the stock and take it off when im ready to shoot. QD nice that way!

 

Pretty sure I have the same one on my ar pistol.

 

I've never even put a sling on mine, but I want it on the end plate just in case
I also have QD's on my Magpul stock.
For $15ish.......it's a rather have it and not need it type thing.........and I like options

I usually just buy whichever is cheapest at the time. I think I've used Magpul and Bravo Company.

 

I don't like how my rifle slings with the single point QD endplate. I guess I've always carried my hunting rifles with 2 point slings, so I use 2 point on my ARs as well, which carries more comfortably for me.

Why is Spikes tactical stuff year plus out on orders? Are they that sought after?

 

They have always been a pretty big name in the AR world. Never bought any of their stuff.
They make some pretty different lowers. They may very well be great stuff, just not my style.









I do like the Havoc launcher though

 

Some companies just sold everything they had and haven't replenished. 2020 was a gun buying year! With that said, I would purchase a Spike's lower in a heartbeat!
