I do. I may end up cutting the harness off to make it easier to wire up the leds though. You can have them either way. They’re after market ones that look like OEM but aren’t.

Cut one side! Just need to weld cap back on bumper to close up tube. Had to take off 2 inches off bumper.

Put some feet on it. Sitting a little tall, may end up swapping coils if it doesn’t settle.

    From AlabamaWX

RADAR CHECK: Rain continues to increase early this morning across parts of Central and South Alabama, ahead of a northward moving warm front. We expect periods of rain today, with the highest coverage over the northern 2/3 of the state. The high will be in the 58-63 degree range over North/Central Alabama, with 70s over the southern counties of the state south of the warm front.

TOMORROW/TOMORROW NIGHT: Temperatures rise into the 70s statewide as the warm front continues the northward surge. A decent part of the day will be dry with only isolated showers, and the sun could peek out at times. But, showers and storms are likely late tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow night ahead of a wave of low pressure.

SPC has defined a “slight risk” (level 2/5) of severe thunderstorms west of a line from Madison to Carbon Hill to Aliceville. A “marginal risk” (level 1/5) extends as far east as Fort Payne, Alabaster, and Thomasville.

The core threat will come from strong straight line winds tomorrow evening, although an isolated tornado or two can’t be totally rule out, especially in the “slight risk” over Northwest Alabama. Some hail is possible as well. For now the it looks like core severe weather threat will come from about 5:00 p.m. until 12 midnight. As always, be sure you can hear warnings if they are needed.

WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY: The weather will be very mild Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the 70s. A few showers are possible both days, but the rain won’t be especially widespread or heavy. Then, the front to the north gets a southward push, and rain and thunderstorms are likely Thursday night into Friday morning. There could be a few strong storms with the front, but for now the odds of organized severe weather look low.

The rain should end by midday Friday, but clouds will likely linger through the afternoon. The day will be sharply colder with highs between 48 and 52 degrees.

Rain amounts between now and Friday will be in the 2-3 inch range over the Tennessee Valley of far North Alabama, with 1-2 inches likely for places like Birmingham/Tuscaloosa/Anniston/Gadsden. Amounts will be under one inch for much of South Alabama.

THE ALABAMA WEEKEND: The day Saturday looks cool and dry with highs remaining in the upper 40s and low 50s. Then, a wave on the front to the south will bring more rain to the state Saturday night and early Sunday morning. Then, some clearing is likely by Sunday afternoon with a high in the low 50s.

NEXT WEEK: For now most of the week looks dry with cool days and chill nights… temperatures a little below average for early March. See the Weather Xtreme video for maps, graphics, and more details.

ON THIS DATE IN 1971: A tornado outbreak occurred in the Delta region of northeastern Louisiana and Mississippi. The first significant tornado touched down at about 2:50 p.m. in Louisiana and crossed into Mississippi. 46 were killed by this twister, which struck the towns of Dehli and Inverness. 121 people lost their lives that day, including 110 in Mississippi. A total of 1600 people were injured, 900 homes severely damaged or destroyed. The total loss was around 19 million dollars.

Shoot now comes all the little projects that take forever. Fuel lines, lights, jack and toolbox mounts, wiring harnesses, bump stops, straps, exhaust, little more tube work and paint. Hopefully a two or three more weeks. Really hoping I can squeeze this little muffler from advance auto under there haha

Thanks man. I ride a fine line between working on the truck and making my wife want to kill me. It’s a delicate balance

Me either, I can’t wait to check out that Sami though. That thing is a sure enough build. How’d it do at Chocco? Anything to adjust?

Did good, I have got to lower my shock mounts a couple inches. I had to lower the bump stops about 1 1/2 inches to clear the fender flares when one side is full droop and the other side is fully extended. So now when the bump stops hit there is still about 2 1/2 inches it could compress. Got to lower the mounts and limit straps and that will give me another 1 1/2 inches of droop.

I moved my uppers twice and lowers four times and it’s not even rolling yet haha I know the struggle. I ran out of misalignment range at full tilt and it was making the shock shaft deflect. Had to clock the lower mounts 90 degrees. Didn’t anticipate that.

Haha I can see that. That may be a plus for back halving a truck. Less stuff to work around, but still gotta be careful what I add back though.
