Alabama thread!

I saw one scurry away when I went to get in the truck yesterday so I didn’t think I’d need to check, but apparently one stayed around and jumped out at a bad time

 

I'm sure it happens far more than people realize. My cousin's yard cat hitched a ride from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham. He heard her when he pulled in. She was right by the fan Surprised she didn't get chewed up.

 

I’ve had something similar happen. I wondered why I only felt one bump and not two. The rear view mirror told the story.

Definitely could have been worse if it got in the fan. Not a great way to start the day though.

 

Never is. Just hope it was quick with little pain

 

That’s pretty much what happened to me too. I didn’t hear it until it decided to jump/fall out and it was too late at that point.

Trust me I’ve been there and I get it!! Def have to have different expectations when riding with a group that big. It’s an awesome experience, some of my closest friends I’ve met on trips like this. Just gotta approach the whole ride with a different mindset

I sprayed them with the hose every time I saw them up there, but I guess it didn’t sink in with all of them

I’m not much of a cat person, but didn’t want to be the one to accidentally kill any of them haha my wife was very upset though
