So I have been told...however it has to be better than flushing 800 a month down the drain.

Well, I'm ok right now on this house, I think! It hasn't had an appraisal done, which I am going to request...and it's been on the market for 2 months right now. So we shall see. I feel ridiculous with it being only the first house I actually went a looked at, but I've scoped out hundreds. This one just happened to meet like 95% of my criteria.

Be prepared to have to pay for the appraisal and other stuff too a lot of the times sellers won't pay for stuff and closing cost are horrible I had so much come up because mines a manufactured home I had to get a FHA lone and it's got have inspectons and a inch of other stuff so idk about a normal loan but mine was miserable to go thru with but it was still the best bang for my buck

The seller mentioned they might do one when they let me walk through it yesterday, but I'm not sure how intent they are on that. Got some number crunching and stuff to do and I guess talk to a realtor in the next couple days to figure out a game plan. Not sure I want to do an offer at all without an appraisal.

If I'm not mistaken the bank will have to have an appraisal done before they will approve you they have to make sure it's worth what you are paying and also if the houses similar to it that are around it will affect the appraisal

My dad's helping me along. My brother-in-law and sister actually found the house for me, seeing as how it's only 1 mile from their house lol, but yeah dad's basically going to do the whole process for me.

get in on the group buy, it's worth it to me. especially if you remove your inner fender and expose your air intake...i actually had gravel in my intake tube..

I know nothing about that lift...

Edit: it looks better than a spacer lift, but I'd recommend finding somebody who has installed that and talk to them.

Out here in Shelby there isn't much. A few trade jobs but the selection is very few. I'm looking now to apply for places like CVS etc just to have some money coming in so I can get things paid for.

No lift for $500 is going to be worth it. Hell I'm already saving to replace my Old Man Emu coils (which is a good brand) with Kings and they are only 3 months old!

When it comes to lift kits the old saying "Buy once cry once" comes into mind.

Ah ok, you're down there. Didn't know if you were near Huntsville. If you work at CVS DO NOT WORK IN THE PHARMACY. You will hate your life. That was my last job..

Yeah. I'll try to avoid that. Closest place is Columbiana for jobs really. Going to start classes in the spring .. school is about 45 minutes away on a good day.
