In other good news, I have quit smoking after 24 years. It’s one of the biggest accomplishments in my lifetime.

 

I just did the same thing, said it might be ready by Friday.

 

Congratulations, what habit are you going to take up? Drinking? Gangi , cocaine, heroine? Or all of the above?

Supposed to here to pick up later today. Said he installs 2-3 lifts a week.

 

Great!!! We will be in PC for the week. Snapper fishing, visiting family and high school reunion.

That is awesome man, I smoked for 27 years been quit almost 21 years. I started smoking and chewing tobacca when I was 10. My grandad use to give us tobacco, snuff and cigarettes, he didn't see any harm in it. He was born in 1905 those folks all did some kind of tobacca. I think about all the money I wasted, stupidest thing I ever did. I do know my health improved a lot when I quit. Always happy to hear someone quit.

You should be sir. It's a huge achievement to leave it behind for good. I smoked for about 15 years myself. The first night out with my (now) wife, she said I was gonna have to quit if I wanted to be with her. I haven't bought a pack since.
