    I was by my father's side today as he passed on. The last two weeks I was able to be closer to him than the last 46 years and I'm thankful for that. To be by his side today as he went to be with Jesus hurt but I take solace in knowing he is at peace now with no suffering. I will cherish our talks the last 72 hours about dove shoots, deer hunting, catfish catching, Indy 500 and Talladega. . It may sound stupid but he was REALLY looking forward to watching the Alabama/Tenn game this weekend. I'm all Auburn but I hope Bama destroys Tennessee this weekend. Just for him. Roll Tide!
