Since I've been bitching the last 2 days, they all are going to check. We all just assumed the company wasn't stealing from us

The only way we can check is to write down what you're sitting at and then see what you're at next paycheck. That will be in 2 weeks. There is nothing in our system that shows us what we actually make, only what bracket we are in. Since it's an hourly rate......you just have to see how many hours you work and then get to mathing

 

Purposely done that way so they can get over on you?

 

I sure hope not, but nothing would surprise me. The past few years, this company has proven time and time again that they don't give a fuck about the employees.

They have capped our ETO(500hrs)
Long-term sick(1000hrs). Because of this, I lose 2.77hrs per paycheck....and have for the past 3 years.
Put a 50% fee on cashing out ETO(use to cash it out at full price)
Cut our free diabetes supplies
Raised our copays($640 copay for an ER visit at our own work)
Forced us to use their pharmacy and "in network" docs(will only pay 50% if you go elsewhere) Basically Company Scrip
We use to get a gainsharing bonus right before Thanksgiving(typically just $1500) and a turkey or ham. Haven't had that in 5 years.

This all started to happen once our last CEO retired. He was an amazing man. You literally couldn't get a job at the hospital unless you knew someone. People didn't leave. Now we can't keep a full staff.

No. This hospital isn't owned by a larger group. We also have Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance.........just the shitty version It just amazes me that the hospital is in the business of promoting healthcare....yet we have such shit insurance.
