Yeah. I had just finished installing the handguards. They did their job. No damage at all to the bike. Kept the tank and plastics off the ground.

 

At lease the bike was not damaged also.

It's gonna be a hassle. I have the bike insured with Progressive b/c it was cheaper than adding it to my State Farm home/auto. Progressive is saying they won't cover it b/c I own the truck. He said I can't be liable to myself and that I need to file an auto claim. He couldn't give me a reason as to why the auto policy should cover the truck when the bike was the one that did the damage. I called State Farm and they said "Sure, get the estimate and we'll handle it". I just don't think that's right. I pay Progressive to cover my bike and any damage it may do to other vehicle/property/people. It shouldn't matter who owns it.

I let my best friend handle it. Fucking sorry insurance companies.
