    Seriously... It's a SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE. Not a TRUCK. A TRUCK has an open area behind the cab that is called a bed. An SUV has an enclose space behind the backseat that is called the cargo area! Lol

    Make sure you set those suckers to 0. I had them on my 07, set to 1.75, and it was a rough ride.

    What if my truck had a camper on it, would you call it a SUV then. Is a station wagon a SUV?

    I don't always do it, but a SUV with a frame I will still sometimes call a truck, a SUV that doesn't have a frame anymore I will call a car.

    Kinda of like the term of a crossover. A crossover is always a car to me. That is the one I can't stand (crossover).

    Also, I believe most vans are built on truck chassis.

    a truck is a truck
    a car is a car
    an SUV is an SUV
    a crossover is where a minivan and a car had little car babies!!!!
    it doesn't matter if its on a truck chassis or, in pauls case, a unibody. it's an SUV!!!!
    keith can go back to the IH8MUD website and call his land cruiser a truck! lol

    Agreed. Sept for sometimes I call anything that doesn't have a bed a car. but if I'm not in a hurry this is my thoughts. on a sorta side note this was discussed heavily in the "pick-up or truck" thread

    I just call them what the make and model is..... I don't seem to have a problem doing it that way. Plus it also helps my brain stay on its..... Toes?? Anyways keeps car files up to date.
