Alarm goes off without being set

Okay, this has happened a couple of times in the year that I've had my 2018 DCLB and it happened again yesterday parked in the private gated locked parking area of my photo studio. I never set the alarm at work as it's fully locked off from the outside world, and yesterday, all of a sudden, I heard the horn going off like the alarm had been breached but it had not been set at all. Is this a thing? The key fob stays in my pocket the whole day. Weird.

 

That's an easy one! We've all done this and felt pretty dumb when we realized we were hitting the panic button on the fob while its in your pocket.

 

Yeah. I thought about that but this has happened when that's absolutely not possible, like the fob sitting on a table downstairs with nothing to hit any of the buttons. I suppose it might be possible in this case. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it happens again with no provocation.
