Alarm help

Anyone aware if there is a 12v trigger or relay I can tie into that changes states when the alarm goes off? I'd rather not start chopping into wires until I have to.

 

Well zero bites on this, but while on the subject of alarm. If you have push start and exit the vehicle with your fob while it's still running, how far can you drive the vehicle with no key detected?? I got at least 100 yards away and nothing happened, just a no key detected warning.

 

You can drive unlimited miles until you shut it off, then cannot restart without the key.

Edit..or out of gas.

anyone with aftermarket alarm that uses what toyota has built in it to install the OEM one.
