I am wanting to repurpose the alarm function on my key fob. My plan is by pressing the alarm button the fob that continually illuminates my halos on my projectors. I want to remove all flashing and honking functions and go directly to a constant power. Any ideas on how to achieve this?

Because it is terrible on projectors to turn on and off repeatedly and I have no horns because my intercooler is in the way and the duration of the alarm is usual just a couple of minutes and that is all I would ever want the halos on.

As per the Wireless control schematic in the shop service manual. I am pretty sure all of those functions are controlled directly with the Body ECU ( Firmware ). It would be exceeding difficult to change even if you figured out the programming.

If I am not mistaken, the dome light comes on continuous during the alarm. I was looking to accomplish this more along the lines of hardware (ie. a relay) and not programming.

Like I stated in my earlier post:

This is all controlled in Firmware by the Body ECU and the Remote control Radio Receiver Module... I wish you luck figuring this out.
