factory alarm on Tacoma 2013 stopped working and I can see a light blinking under the steering wheel when truck is parked and locked, (no power locks installed) .
I once heard that alarm could be disabled for Valet Parking purposes. Is there a way to disable or enable the alarm?
    Thanks.

I don't believe that the factory alarm has a valet switch like the aftermarket alarms. It's usually set to active arming unless the owner chooses to change that setting. Does it go off when you open the door or the led stops flashing when you disarm it? Try replacing the key fob battery first to see if it fixes it. If not, try disconnecting the battery.
