Brute force is going to build it. Here's my list of needs.
I need it to be able to be broken down flat for shipping.
Which means I probably need it in 4 pieces. 2 sides 1 top and an over the cab section. Still deciding if that can be one solid top piece or not.
Need it to be able to mount 2 4 gallon rotopax tanks.
Need the bed cage section lower than the cab by 6 inches.
Need tie down points for the RTT
Need it to overtake and redesign my bed rail system.
Need it to be able to be wrapped in cordura to build a waterproof shell of sorts since it will house the fridge and stove and rear winch.
Need it to be somewhat lightweight.
Need it to mount my hi lift.
Need the over the cab section to house a light bar.
Need it to be as aerodynamic as possible.
And mostly, I need it to look awesome.

Oh good, my specialty is making stuff fit and work :D

I'll think on it and sketch some stuff up if ya want!

I can do calculations but there are people far better than that. You have any sketches or ideas?

What about rigging something for the overhead console? I have no clue what the speaker dimensions are though. Or flush mount it in the door?

They've come out with a 14th Ed. steel manual...I feel old.

I'll sketch something up tonight. Thinking its easiest to have the top be one sold piece all the way from the tailgate to the windshield. One level surface. Stepping it down is where I run into problems in my head.

Sketch something up and I will see what I can do :)

I am not very good at coming up with my own ideas.... I am good at taking other people and making them work... or combining them to make them even more awesome ;)

So, that didnt last long. Its what i get for buying cheap head lights. the passenger side fogged up like crazy. i ran the truck through the wash and when i took it off it literally had about a quarter of the housing filled with water. ridiculous. ANYWAY, i took them off so i can send back, and put my original lights back on, but now the passenger side is partially fogged up. What the heck am I missing here? I pulled them off/put them on real careful, so i'm confident i didnt damage it. But now im wondering what could possibly be fogging up the original headlight.

    Yikes :(

Did you seal the new ones with silicone? Mine get a little bit of fog if i go through the carwash, but no lakes. I am guessing its from the back or something. I sealed the shit out of mine. I also usually go to the carwash and use the pressure washer cause I don't like all the touchless wax shit that the car wash makes you get. Never had a problem with mine when I did it this way.
