Lol. No kidding. It's what I get for buying an older model house. 7' door, if that. If I take the snowboard carrier (Yakima) off, it will barely squeeze in with maybe 1-1 1/2" of space between the stow-away system. YIKES! :(

Quick question for you Alaska guys. I recently just got laid off down here and I have been interested in moving up there for some time and was wondering what are the good job search websites for AK.
I am a commercial construction superintendent with a lot of very large project experience, I've been on several 200+ million dollar jobs.
If anyone knows of anything or can help I would appreciate it very much. Please feel free to PM me.
    Thx guys

Don't know about in town, but if you look at some of the oilfield websites, there is a lot of industrial construction up here.

Check ASRC, CH2MHILL, Klaussain, Baker Hughes, Peak Crane/Construction, AFC... Those are the major ones I can think of... They'll each have their own hiring website and job postings.

I've been out of the job search for some time as well, but it would seem like we have plenty to go around :notsure: although, I've never been quite that high on the totem pole so I'm not sure about those jobs. At any rate, if you do come up, you've got a pretty cool group of guys that are shallow enough to like you just based off of what you drive :D
Haha but seriously, I'd bet you can find something. Heck even if you end up flipping burgers you'll still be amazed at how awesome our state is.

Alright, here's what I need to get this decal ordering process going. I need your name, and what design you'd like printed out. We've had a lot of variations throughout the thread and I don't want to limit anyone's preferences. Send me a link at least to the post you saw it in and all other pertininent info. I'll send you my PayPal once I have the list together and total cost estimated by our decal guys, and we'll get them printed up and distributed.

Were we just doing the bedside decals this time or was anyone wanting to do back window decals?
