There weren't many left when I got mine. Go to the center for performing arts website. That's where I got mine. Couldn't find it on ticketmaster.

Anyone have a loaner set of rims and tires? Just need them for a week or so while mine are getting powder coated and re-mounted with my 34's

I'd have to shave my calipers, but it's an option nonetheless

Sorry to be off topic, but I thought this might be the best place to ask. Do any of you guys know of any good fishing charters around the Anchorage area. My wife and I along with her parents and brother are planning a trip up there next summer, and I figured you guys would probably know best. Thanks in advance.

Ocean charters or river? Ocean charters I'd go out of whittier or Homer, 2-5 hours outside anchorage. River charters I'd ask someone else haha

I think I would rather do river, but I am pretty sure I will be overruled. Everyone else is thinking ocean. I was just dont want to pick someone at random off google and get a dud. I will read the reviews, but a dud can still be had.

What time of year are you coming? We may be able to narrow it down if we knew that.

Thanks, I'll look into places in Homer.

Sorry, I think it will be the end of June.

Homer is where you want to be if you want halibut. LOTS of charters available.

That's toward the end of the first red run on the Kenai, and early for the second run. But the Kings (if they ever show up, but don't count on it) should be around.

Other than that, you can always go out of Seward or Homer for halibut, rock fish, maybe early silvers if you're lucky and here at the begining of July. Ling cod season is closed until July 1 I believe, but after that it's fair game and good eats.

If you want to catch a lot of fish, I recommend Seward or Homer, but they are a 2.5 hour or 4 hour drive from Anchorage. Whittier is beautiful IF it's not socked in, but the fishing for halibut is not as good as Seward or Homer.

Thanks for the info!! Last time we were up there, (last June) we spent 2 days in Seward, and I was kicking myself the entire time for not booking a fishing trip before hand and only a boat tour. I tried to find a charter when we were there, but everyone was already booked up. No shock really. It was my honeymoon and we wanted to do the tourist thing, which was cool. But this trip is going to be focused primarily on fishing. :woot:

I relayed the info, now if we were after salmon? We havent bought any airline tickets, so if it would be better to go sooner or later we can adjust.
