    So how do the ORI's react to big temperature swings? Would it affect the dampening and ride height since the gas expands and contracts with temperature change?

    Nitrogen is inert gas... Ambient temp had no effect on pressure. What you put in is what you got.

    Temperature definitely effects the pressure of nitrogen. The fact that it is inert doesn't relate to pressure. People with nitrogen filled tires still have to adjust the pressure for temperature differentiations.

    This. It's changes less than just regular compressed air, but it still changes. Which is why I asked if it would affect the ORIs at all. Because I thought I also remember seeing another member comment on his changing height some, but I can't remember if it was temperature related or not.

    Ok I knew that it was inert and I know that it being inert has no relation to its pressure properties. I just thought temp had no bearing on its pressure overall. Apparently it's about 1psi per 10 degrees?

    Any idea how much that would affect the ORIs if it changed like 10-15 psi from winter to summer? I'm not sure how much pressure there is to begin with so I'm not sure if 15psi is a big deal or not..

    No sure either? I would also be curious to know the ratio of pressure to ride height? Guess it depends on your corner weight too?

    I have 750 psi in there. 10-15 won't make a dent in the upper chamber. The lower however, only has about 90 psi in there. So that will be a notable difference in ride quality. Which is precisely why I'm putting together my own tank to adjust them on the fly. Going to leave the uppers where they are and alter the lower chamber when needed.

    As far as rebuilding goes, I'll send mine back to Jerry at bamf should they ever need it.

    I have the rear TSB + AAL, and RevTec coilover spacer with stock UCA's
