    I think you should save on those, get sliders and get rid of the spacer lift... :/

    I like the wheels and I think they would look pretty good on your truck, but if you're asking if you should do it...

    Well the purpose of the new wheels would primarily be so that I'm not spending $200 a year on summer/winter change overs. These would pay for themselves in 3-4 years. Plus I could take the wheel spacers out, and since the Ballistic's are a 9" instead of the stock 7.5" wide it would increase the run life of my 285 summers by not crowning the center tread... I know, I'm really stretching here lol

    It's cool man. You just want shiny new whizzles. I understand.

    You could also save that money by not putting on those lame Hakkapeliittas (car tires) in the winter and keeping your fantastic Cooper Mud and Snow tires (man tires) on all year.

    You could still buy the wheels and save a couple of hundred bucks over the next few years...

    Which you could apply to sliders... Or a supercharger... :D

    I gotta say. I LOVE what the AK section of TW has become. I used to log in and there'd be literally nothing going on. Now, I actually have a hard time keeping up!!! Great work, guys (and gal). It's uber fun!

    Yea. And it was NASTY, heavy maritime snow. Each shovel load felt like 80lbs. Lol. Not fun.

    Well I parked my truck in the garage to melt all the snow off of it so I can install my reverse lights. Also picked up another switch and some fuses. Just need to figure out how much wire I need and I think I'll tackle the project tomorrow.

    no i call them snowmobiles. i guess different areas all them different things. but all my family call them snowmobiles.
