    So I've got quite the crazy story of something that happened tonight while I was driving. Was driving down Hiland Road in Eagle River when I saw an ambulance, cop car, and fire truck on the side of the road but they pretty much took up the whole road. They were loading someone onto a gurney with a blanket over them but there were no cars or an accident. I continued driving as I slowly pulled around them into the shoulder and continued on. It was right by birdsong. And as I kept driving I passed the fire house and came down the steep hill that curved. I began to pick up speed, going about 35 MPH with my brights on when all of a sudden I saw a man lying on the ground horizontally in my lane. He was wearing a black and grey striped hoodie and jeans and was white. I couldn't tell if he had the hood up over him or if he was wearing a blind fold. I swerved out of the way and drove off because I was scared and thought it was a set up or something. I didn't stop because I was unarmed and was baffled at the fact that the police had to of gone up this way because there's only one way up Hiland and I thought maybe there was someone else lying in wait or something. It was some horror movie shit lol called 911 to let them know and got to the bottom of Hiland and saw a cop parked on the side of the road and I slammed on my breaks and stopped to let him know and he drove up and went to check it out. I don't know if he was lying there drunk, dead, if it was a mannequin or if it was a set up. He was lying motionless with his arms and legs pointed straight as if he were standing at attention but he was lying down. Turned out though that they were both just drunk teenagers running around. They got both of them.
