Anyone know if there are any sort of regulations in Alaska or extra tax on a sole proprietor renting a place of business and of course conducting business there? I run my own auto detail business and was mobile during the summer but winter is coming along and I want to rent a place but just want to make sure i don't need any extra permits or anything. Figured I'd see if any of you knew, @benbacher do you know anything about this?

You'll need insurance, as well as a legit business license, and then you'll haveto pay taxes on everything. Its not cheap but you gain the ability to write off stuffwhixh is huge.

License I've got, insurance not yet (not totally necessary for detailing but definitely something I want in the near future). I guess I'll start looking into getting more serious about finding a place! I also need to get on the insurance part too, to protect from the customer that's out to get you lol, "that scratch wasn't there before" lmao.

Alright everyone this years PFD is $2,072. What do you plan to do with it? Save it, spend it on truck parts, other things?

I'm thinking MBRP black series exhaust...

google or youtube is a good start... best thing to do is craw under the dash and see what the exact alarm model is. there is plenty of instructions in PDF form out there. i had to do the same when my cousin had to replace one of his viper remotes.

one of two things you can look at/for...

Kill switch for the remote start
Hood pin switch in good working order
