    Out of curiosity I just looked them up at Cabela's. They don't ship them to AK. And as they're shipped directly from manufacturer I'm pretty sure they won't ship it to store either (I've experienced this problem with them before). Would have been pretty awesome to get that deal though.

    Yep. REI won't ship up here either, but it looks like you can order through Bass Pro no problem. Bass Pro shipping is cheaper than going through Tepui direct as well.

    That's sweet, I had seen them on the other websites and just assumed that they'd ship them up here through cabelas and REI. Guess I was wrong, unless you have to go to the store and have it shipped to the store

    Woke up this morning to my truck broken into in my driveway. They didn't steal anything major. Left my stereo and sub. But those motherfuckers took a duffel bag full of fillet knives and sharpeners that has been in my family for 30 years. And of course it happens to be the day I'm heading down to catch a shit ton of fish.

    They also got into my roommates car and stole, among other things, his hand gun. So if you happen to see a Smith and Wesson M&P Shield 9mm pop up for sale anywhere, let me know.

    UPDATE: The Anchorage Police Department warns the Seward Highway “may be closed at any point due” to the expanding wildfire at McHugh Creek. They suggest people reconsider their travel plans south of the city. The checkpoint for the one-lane of moving traffic has been moved from McHugh weigh station to Potter Marsh.
