Good morning! After getting so engrossed in day 3 of modding, I pulled an all-nighter... Tucked myself in at 05:30, and am now being reminded that I'm not 18 anymore, and should never do this again... Lol
    My truck looks sick though!

Idk I think they would be alright. I mean the two that have been on there I would think would have been in danger already and theyve survived this far plus it kind of looks like from the pic that the lights are sitting beack a little bit from being level with the bars. Idk how much room you have behind that same spot. In other words rather than putting them in front of that bar do you have the room to put it behind it? They look cool in that location for sure though lol.

    Very good point.

They sit behind the horizontal bar and pretty much even with the diagonal bar. Unfortunately there isnt any more room for them to go farther back. My other idea was to run them as reverse lights..

You could do that to I guess but those look like lightforce 140/170s and me personally I think that it would be a little bit of a waste to run them as reverse lights. Not that you couldnt its just that those are expensive ass reverse lights lol and you dont need a driving light to see and have a good amount of light to reverse. Unless you plan on a lot of backwards driving above 10/15 MPH haha. I think if we all collaborated on here we could find a better spot for you to use them up front that way your not spending 200+ dollars on some reverse lights.

doesnt look like you have a topper. Ever plan on having one or want one? If not you could look into a roll bar in the bed. Give you four more light tabs to use? jsut off the top of my head.

Just drove back from Big lake. Yikes. Windy, icy, rainy, and slushy. I also found out I start full time work tomorrow again so that means more mod money for me! Well, a LITTLE more. Saving for a house is goal #1 still haha.

No plans for a topper ever and im not a huge fan of the roll bar look personally. I really dont want to run them as reverse lights, was just a thought. I also considered putting one of the 140's in between the 170's and just not using the other one. I picked up the lights for cheappp of craigslist which is the only reason i got them lol

Hmmmm.....ok so heres a question, how far out do your two lights up front in the middle stick out as is now? It looks like they stick out a little and if thats the case another thought that comes to mind is possibly mounting them on the upper diagonal bar. It would have to be the 140s because the 70s are deff to big and would cover your headlights. The 140s might still be to big as well but its something else. As far as looks I cant really picture it so that would be up to you if they dont cover to much of your headlight.
