I wish I had my new suspension immediately. I cringe every time I walk to my truck and see the ass end squating like a girl peeing in the woods. I'll be calling you all for help installing it when it comes though.

Yeah just do some longer shackles for the mean time until you get the money for a full lift. Also I wil have my 880 colis for sale in a couple weeks for cheap that would give ya an inch or so in the front. Just a thought.

Hm, never thought about shackles. I'll look into that. Plus it'll give me something to do haha. As far as the coils go, I'm planning on 882 or 883 coils when I buy my kit. The front isn't as bad as the rear is so I can live with it for now. But if I change my mind I'll hit you up for sure

So I got 2 questions for ya'll, i'm trying to rid my truck of every piece of chrome currently on it. The first things to go are gonna be badges and the grille. My question is, for the badges, black them out or de-badge? Or a combination, say pull tailgate badges and black out the ones on the door? I do plan on leaving the TRD stickers though. Next for the grille, should i black it all out with some sort of mesh in the center or color match the surround that is chrome now and do a black mesh satoshi type center? I'm leaning towards the color match grill with black mesh, but totally undecided on the badges. I like the sleek look of no badges, but I also like the contrast the black gives. Thats why I also considered the half and half.

I did black for a while but ended up liking the clean look better. You should get a Homertaco color matched grill!

Depends on the color of your truck. I was going to debadge but I think dark red and black looks sweet. So I blacked mine out instead. I think I'm going to remove my tailgate ones though.

I debadged the tailgate and then blacked out the door emblems. As far as dates go, on the 9th ill be sippin cervesa's on the beach in mexico :p but i dont have any pending mods, so do whatever works best for everyone else.

Definitely color match the grille. As for the badges, I say debadge all but the doors. However, relocate "Tacoma" to under mirror and black out. It's a real good look.

OH! Lol. No, that's not my bedside decal. I wish. That's the "patent pending" design that the AK group was working on. Speaking of which... What's the word, guys? ;)

As for the debadge, I did that to my '99 and regretted it after 6 months. I got to thinking, "I LOVE my Tacoma! Why would I take the emblems off like I was embarrassed?" So I bought all the new ones I could find and replaced them. I'd DEFINITELY black them out, though. That's another thing on my mod list I haven't done. The grille, I say color match. But that's just me. I bought mine off a guy in WA, and at first didn't like that the entire thing was black, and not just the "insert". But now I freaking love that its entirely black.... If that makes sense. Lol 3a4aba8a_b617c310d1d6adfe50f4944c06c9612846045c80.jpg
