Album art only shows in park, not drive.

My phone is connected and I'm playing through Google play music (Bluetooth).

My last Tacoma (2019) showed album art no problem. This 2020 only shows when in park or the emergency brake is engaged. What the heck? Any ideas?

 

My 2020 Sport only plays video in park, as soon as i move the shifter the video is gone, only audio is left on.
Anybody that knows a way to hack it, please let me know.

As far as album art goes...my music is on a usb drive from iTunes and there is NO album art on any of the songs.
My 2018 Tundra Sport with the same usb drive shows album art with no problem.

 

It’s normal. That is a Toyota safety “feature”. Designed to keep you from studying the album art work while the vehicle is in motion.
