We're heading to ABQ this weekend. Leaving Vegas Thursday and driving back Sunday. We're staying with a buddy in Northeast Heights. Just wondering what kind of actual weather you folks are experiencing. Ice/Snow?? I debating whether or not to install my Revo 2's prior to the trip. Thanks.

Weather should be fine but there are storms forecast for early next week. Sometimes they show up early. You never know out here in the winter. Are you dropping down to the 40 and going through Flagstaff (which is always a weather risk)? Another route to consider is the scenic route through St. George (you can cut through Zion for a fee), Page, and Farmington ? Either way, you'll be passing all kinds of sick four wheelin' spots along the way.

A: Welcome to Albuquerque, we will have a few days in the 60's, a few nights in the teens, a little rain, a llittle snow, a little cloud cover, and of course sun and wind....

B: leave your revo's at home; they're great tires, and you shouldn't 'need' em for this trip if your other tires have plenty of tread. Also note that I don't think Revo's are the best choice for snow.

I was correct about the weather.

That's great that people are giving the Revo's good reviews in snow/ice.

Damn, what a cold ass trip. I woke up Friday morning and my truck said 14 F. Burrrr. Overall a nice trip. Went to a bar called One Up on Friday night, which was decent.
