FACT: A growing number of people want to take my Second Amendment rights away from me, and idiots like your buddy are helping their cause.
I am NOT willing to loose my rights because of idiots like him. I say toss him in jail and take away his rights to own a firearm.

Your buddy's lucky that the Sherrif did not charge him, but the Big Picture is; He would have done us ALL a favor had he thrown the book at him.

 

Like I've stated before the dude is a dumb ass for doing what he did and yea it was a negligent discharge but like I also said I'm glad it was a hand and tailgate bus a life.

For those of you that think I wasn't concern your entirely wrong. The ppl involved decided to tell me 6 hours after the incident and try to hide the facts of what really happened because of the way I would have taken it. My family know guns control..we have been in the military and I wear a weapon daily for work. However this guy learn HIS lesson for what he did it. He has to live with the events that happened that day and thank God everyday that he didn't hurt someone and I'm content with that.


Oh and another thing NOT MY BUDDY. I know his name and the face but other then that I don't or never ha e hung out with this dude

 

Wasn't an accidental discharge, it was a negligent one. Keep your booger hook off the bang switch...and if you're drinking, unload and lock up your guns. Even if it saves your life, you'll end up in prison.
