Chris, how the heck do you move all this stuff around by yourself? Like the bed, removing the cab, etc. Do you have a friend or roommate help?

weeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllll, my cab is finally off and I have plenty of room to tear apart the engine too haha. im at the point now where once this cab goes back on, everything should be relatively done and the truck should be read to get started.

@EatSleepTacos check it! all by myself haha. engine hoist ftw!

haha thanks lol, gotta do something when there isnt anyone else at the house to help haha

it wasnt very hard lol, hardest part was tilting the cab to get the recovery strap underneath the cab. Once it was wrapped around 3 times i was able to get both ends secure in the hook on the hoist. Then I just hoisted it up and balanced it from the front and basically just shoved my hoist haha

    thanks lol

Got my spindle stud kit in yesterday along with my new S8 active from insurance claim....fun deal with that...BUT I can now install the full float rear end and start putting everything in place and getting the truck out back together. Also...the current state of my living room area lol

Today before work was pretty productive. Haven't started the stripping of the cab yet...but, I did finally tear into the 3rz that's been sitting here for a while haha. Just need to pull the balance shaft, crank, and pistons out and it'll be down to the bare block. Once I get that done, I'll pull the valves out of the head and take the block to get the work done and cleaned up to be ready for reassembly!
